MINGO PARK- Station 46 & 26 were dispatched to Mingo Park for a landing zone for a patient thrown from a horse. While on-scene of the landing zone, another call came in for another patient thrown from a horse over the hill near Mansion Rd and SR 136.
Stations 14 (New Eagle), 62 (Monongahela), 63 (Carroll Twp) & 46 were dispatched to a fire alarm at Lignelli Manor in New Eagle. Chief 14 requested that 46, 62, & 63 hold in station while 14 invesitgates.
Station 46 was called to assist station 38 (Ellsworth) at SR 136 & Brownlee Road with a tractor trailer vs. a passenger van. Rescue crews from 46 and 38 extricated patients and sent 4 by helicopters to truama centers and 2 BLS to a local hospital, while 5 were fatally injured.
