MINGO PARK- Station 46 & 26 were dispatched to Mingo Park for a landing zone for a patient thrown from a horse. While on-scene of the landing zone, another call came in for another patient thrown from a horse over the hill near Mansion Rd and SR 136.

Stations 14 (New Eagle), 62 (Monongahela), 63 (Carroll Twp) & 46 were dispatched to a fire alarm at Lignelli Manor in New Eagle. Chief 14 requested that 46, 62, & 63 hold in station while 14 invesitgates.

Station 46 was called to assist station 38 (Ellsworth) at SR 136 & Brownlee Road with a tractor trailer vs. a passenger van. Rescue crews from 46 and 38 extricated patients and sent 4 by helicopters to truama centers and 2 BLS to a local hospital, while 5 were fatally injured.

Station 46 was dispatched to a MVA at Dead Man's Bend on 136, just down from the station. Chief 46-1 (Curico) arrived on-scene and established command. Engine 46-2 arrived on-scene and started to prepare to extricate.

Station 38 (Ellsworth) received a call for a brush fire on Chester Rd and requested brush trucks from 46 and 47 (Fallowfield) at 18:29. Upon arrival, man power from 46 was requested to aid in extinguishing the fire.

At 17:41, stations 46, 63 (Carroll Twp.), 62 (Monongahela), 66 (Donora) responded to a possible garage fire on Donora Rd in Carroll Twp. An officer from Donora arrived onscene and stated that it was a controlled burn.

At 17:55 hours, Brush 46,Tanker 46 and Squad 46 responded to a report of a large brush fire on Patterson Rd at the request of station 26 (Finleyville). Once Engine 26 arrived on-scene and a size-up was done, 46 equipment was requested to slow their response before they were cancelled.

Due to icy road conditions on the bridge on SR 88 near the mine entrance, two vehicles hit head. Originally 26 (Finleyville) was dispatched for this call, but Captain 46-2 (Dunmire) was on his way to work and found it to be in Carroll Twp.

Crews from 46 and 47(Fallowfield) responded to the slat dump near the intersection of SR 136 and Ginger Hill Rd for a dirt bike accident. After following dirt bikes and quads to the scene, it was discovered that the girl had fallen approx.

At 02:45hrs reports came in of a tanker truckrolled over and leaking its cargo at the intersection of route 136 & route 917. Crews from 46 and 47 (Fallowfield) responded. Engine 46-2 reported live wires down in the area making it difficult to asses the scene.

At 13:45hrs crews from 46 and 63 (Carroll Twp) respond to the Fisher Heights portion of Carroll Twp for a working structure fire with two trapped. Upon the arrival, it was learned that two occupants had been rescued from the structure, but it was possible that a teenager was still inside.
