Hall Rental Information

Basic Hall Rental Cost - $500.00

And pop for the first 100 people - $100.00

Total - $600.00

 

Deposit Due at the date of booking along with signing of the contract - $250.00

The reminder of the rental balance is due 30 days prior to the event -$350.00

The remainder of the pop cost is due the Friday before the event.

 

Special Saturday Rentals

Cost is $300.00 for the hall rental and $25.00 for the watch for a total of $325.00. The renter will have to clean up after themselves and leave the hall as it was at the start of the event. They have to put a$200.00 check for the deposit to be held until the event is over and approved by the hall overseer. It will be a charge of $50.00 for pop usage. The event is also limited to 3 hours.  

 

Sunday Rental

Cost is $225.00 for the hall rental and $25.00 for the watch for a total of $250.00. The renter will have to clean up after themselves and leave the hall as it was at the start of the event. They have to put a$200.00 check for the deposit to be held until the event is over and approved by the hall overseer. It will be a charge of $50.00 for pop usage. The event is also limited to 3 hours.  

 

Additional Cost

The hall is a non-smoking facility.

If you are having over one hundred people at your event it is $25.00 for every additional one hundred people to cover the cost of pop. (This includes Pepsi products, ice, soda water and tonic. The glasses are not included check with the caterers.)

 

Bar Information

When renting the social hall you are allowed 6 hours of bar time for any regular rental. If you are going to exceed this there will be additional charge.

There are three options when it comes to bartending.

1.       You may provide you own bartenders

2.       Certain Caterers provide bartending services

3.       Bartend can be provided at an additional cost of $70.00 per Bartender

(Two is normally recommended depending on the size of the event)

 

The Fire Department does not provide the alcohol for the event. You are responsible for providing this and any mixers such as orange juice or cranberry juice.

 

If you purchase beer we suggest you use Cox’s Distributing located in Monongahela it is only a suggestion.
